Georg Vidnes is SVP Eiga in AkerBP. He joined the company in 2019 and has more than 25 years of experience from operators such as Statoil, Talisman and Repsol Sinopec, with an emphasis on drilling and wells, asset management, operations and major change projects. He has held positions as offshore installation manager (OIM), VP production, area director, head of operations and has been at the helm of major organisational transition projects. He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU

Trine Svalestad is SVP Workforce Excellence at Aker Solutions, responsible for project resource strategy and capacity for several thousand employees across the company’s Life Cycle operations in Norway. She has more than a decade of experience in the energy sector, including senior roles at Aker Solutions and Equinor, and has led initiatives across organizational transformation, digitalization, sustainability, and business integrity. She is a qualified lawyer, holding a master’s degree in law from the University of Bergen.

Frode Skarstein is SVP for Exploration & Production West in Equinor. He joined Equinor in 2005, and has since held various leading operational and technical positions in Exploration & Production Norway, including VP Operations and Improvement leader Operations West, where he focused on continuous improvement and LEAN. Prior to joining Equinor, he worked in the offshore supplier industry. Frode holds a master’s degree in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol.

Nina Holm Viste is director of field development, field decommissioning and the partner‑operated portfolio in Norske Shell. She joined the Shell Group through the acquisition of Enterprise Oil in 2002. Nina is a petroleum engineer by background, and has broad experience from gas and commercial roles, both in Norway and the UK. Before taking on her current position, Nina was the unit manager for the functions Finance, Commercial, Contracts and Procurement, as well as Property, Information, Digital Solutions and Technology.

Atle Reinseth is SVP supply chain operations in Vår Energi, where he leads initiatives to further develop and strengthen collaboration with the supplier industry and advance strategic partnerships, simplification, and standardisation. He joined Vår Energi in 2022, as responsible for projects & procurement, before serving as Project Director for the Balder Future project. Prior to joining Vår Energi, he held leadership positions in procurement & project development at Equinor and Acergy. Atle holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics (Siviløkonom) from BI Norwegian Business School.
